Site application installation failed

Hi,

When i try to install applications through Web Applications -> Add new application from domains, i get the following error and the application didn't get installed.

Warning: Program execution failed, please check Plesk Control Panel's log files for details (Content-type:
text/html

Usage: configure (install | upgrade <version> | configure | remove)
). Contact your system administrator for
assistance.

Warning: Site application installation failed: Content-type: text/html

Anyone know what is the cause of the error and how to fix this? Where the log file for Plesk is located ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Denis,

Thank you for the update.
I had seen that link and that didn't help me. In my server configuration, open_basedir was not set. It shows in phpinfo as "no value". There was a virtual host entry for setting open_basedir to the document root of the domain. I have also tried commenting it out so that both server wide open_basedir and local open_basedir values are set as "no value", but that didn't solve the issue.
