SIte preview not working

when I click on the SITE PREVIEW icon I get a borwser opening and a windows authentication dialogue comes up. why is this ?

also, when client signs up, the domain account is created with a bunch of html files in it. why is this ?

You should check NTFS permissions and that user that is used for Default web site has right password.

2.When you create domain account , Plesk uses default skeleton to create files and folders for new domain. Additional information you can get here:
