Site still not working

I can see my site at the shop and at home. But anyone outside of my ISP provider can't. And also the site won't work with the www in front of it. I checked the box in plesk for it but it don't work any suggestions??

www prefix needs a cname entry in the dns settings

how is the server hosted? most isp's dont alow servers to be run without a business subscrition and block the http port

I got it working. I had the dns set up backwards. Like i said earlier, I'm A NOOB at this.
