site very slow with when more users online

Hi guys,

iam new to plesk moved from another panel, but iam facing some issues when i have more users online site get error`s its just show connecting to site and it wont connect after a mints even and i restart apache it opens and then after few mints it again goes bad

please some one help to fix this error when we have more users online i tried few settings like increasing sql connections and worker process connetion still have problem even i change from cgi and fast cgi and then apache module and even nginx proxy with php-fm
