There are two ways to upgrade Sitebuilder after Plesk upgrading.
First, you should download Sitebuilder 4 and run its installer.
Second, you should do the followings
    1. run msiexec /i plesk_8.2.0_build070705.17.msi WSB_UPGRADE=force
    2. click Next untill you see Finish
    3. click Finish to complete installation
