Are these programs are working if you start them manually?
How exactly they were assigned to autostart (Windows has several way to do that)? Have you checked that they are still added to autostart? You can review what your system assign to start automatically using Autoruns tool from Microsoft: Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals
Are there any errors in event log related to your programs during auto start?
