Smarthost for Plesk domains.

First, a bit of background is needed. We have a plesk 8.1 server hosting aout 75 domains. This server is constantly getting blacklisted.

What we want to do:

Configure the plesk server to send outbound email from a number of domains (not the entire server) through a barracuda spam firewall in outbound mode. Eseentially we want the plesk server to use the barracuda as an outbound smart host.

Does anyone know how I would go about this?
