SMTP connection pb

Hello,

We have a probleme with email smtp connections (Plesk 12).
Our plesk serveur don't want short mail account since this morning (i don"t know why..).

SMTP user : contact --> don"t work
SMTP user : [email protected] --> work

Message :
554 Could not locate mail account for a given short mail account name 'test'. Try using full mail account name for authentication. (#5.7.8)

The option "Use of short (webmaster) and full ([email protected]) POP3/IMAP mail account names is allowed" is checked.

I don't understand....

We have 500 accounts int his server, so if we must change all from "contact" to "[email protected]" for the connection.... arf.

Try to repair mailsettings with mchk utility:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
