Resolved SMTP Error

Hello Guys,

since some days i can receive E-mails. The Sender becomes an Error Message like:
SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: domain.tld (xx.xx.xx.xx) reason: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [212.227.15.15] blocked using d
nsrbl.org; v=spf1 -all

how can i fix this Problem?

Are your SPF records correct?

Hello,

thanks for the fast responce, i had use this txt: v=spf1 mx ~all. But the mail-tester.com say i should change them to: v=spf1 mx ip4:ip.ip.ip.ip ~all and i do it now. Hopefully it works after the DNS refresh.

DNS is refreshed and Postfix say it again: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [18.205.72.90] blocked using dnsrbl.org; v=spf1 -all
whats happend with Postfix?

Hi,

i found the Problem: Plesk is using dnsrbl.org for the blacklistcheck. I removed this IP and now the Error are banned.
