Resolved SMTP for WHMCS

Hey,
I have an issue in WHMCS SMTP setup as per the attached screen, any suggestion the might help to solve, ports 456 and 587 already enabled by the host provider, im using ZOHO extension and already setup the API, I have premium ZOHO

I used normal SMTP for plesk, its work, im not sure why zoho premium not working on plesk server but its working on wordpres

Because imunify360 is a WAF (Web Application Firewall), not an antivirus solution.
