SMTP Mail Problems

Hello:

We have a problem with certain hosts not able to send mail. the error we are seeing on the client side is:

The server responded: 451 qq internal bug (#4.3.0)'

We just removed DrWeb using the command

rpm -e drweb-updater drweb-common drweb-bases drweb-base drweb-daemon psa-drweb-configurator

Restarted Plesk services and everything appeared to function normally. Not every domain appears to have a problem but some certainly do.

Any suggestions?

Could you please provide any related to "451 qq internal bug" error messages from Plesk maillog /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog ?

The error I believe that was associated with the problem is pasted below.

Apr 14 07:45:43 pl1 qmail-queue-handlers[22546]: Unable to stat entry '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/20-drweb-PwO7mM/executable' or it is not link: No such file or directory

I did try running mchk --with-spam and that did not help

I fixed it by re-installing Dr Web. I would like to remove Dr Web as I no longer have a valid license key for the product.
