• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

We have some emails that don't go through. Checking the logs shows this:

Thank you for your post. As I can see you already present the reason why your mails are rejected. Are there any additional questions?

Have you set an SPF record for the sender domain and does it allow your host to send emails for the sender domain?
The error message also mentions that several records exist for the same domain name. This can be valid for some cases, but maybe the existing records are contradictory?

The error bellow means that the domain of the sender has Multiple SPF or TXT records configured. Which, as @Peter Debik pointed out already, can cause delivery issues.
24DC417AA8A: Error code: (32) Multiple SPF or TXT records for domain.

The error bellow means that SPF validation of the sender failed. Which causes the email message to be rejected by the server.
24DC417AA8A: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from lon103.XXXXXXX[XXXXXXX]: 5.7.23 SPF validation failed.; from=<XXXXXXXX> to=<XXXXXXXXs> proto=ESMTP helo=<lon103.XXXXXX>

The solution for both problems is with the owner of the sending domain. He/she needs to adjust the SPF record and remove any duplicate SPF records of the domain.

Okay, I realise the problem isn't on my end. Thanks
