I'm having an issue regarding the availability of some vhosted websites. Some People (I've heard from two) can't access the site: cafe-utfort.de. First I thought it's a client side problem because I never had a problem with it but since this website http://gtmetrix.com/ gets also a 403 error I'm confused. This http://www.webpagetest.org/ website can access as expexted. I checked everything chmod is set to 755. Somehow this error happens only on some vhosts. bodv.de is accessable. I don't know what to do and google can't help me either my problem seems to be extraordinary. If you need more information to help me I will be there.
