Spam Emails

Hello People,

I have brought a dedicated server and have been gifted a Plesk 7.5.6+ control panel.

I have barely discovered the features of using the control panel. I was guided to use MAPS which reduced my spam emails to 20%.

I am still getting 80% of spams.

I was then guided to use SpamAssassin and was suggested to buy a module from Plesk for $49 to make my life easy for configuring SpamAssassin.

B]My question is will SpamAssassin 100% eliminate my spam emails? Please advice.[/B]

Thanks, Hasit[

In simple words - no, it won't. At least not without effort.
If you want efficiency, you will need to train SpamAssassin manually with each spam you get - this can be achieved from within Plek control panel web interface (hosting account -> mail -> user@domain -> spam -> training)
