spam filter greyed out

JBWebWorks@

New Pleskian
under Server the spam filter icon is greyed out
under server>components spam assassin is 3.0.6-1.fc4
and psa-spamassassin is 8.4.0-fc4.build84080425.21

can't figure out why spam filter is greyed out?

any help is appreciated

Does your license support the spam feature?

Edit: hehe, spam feature... I meant Spam Filtering feature.

Yes, I think my license supports spamassassin.
If not, would it not be in my components listing?
Under License Management, it has ability to use spamassassin OFF
Does that mean my license does not support spamassassin?

that means you don't have it included with your license. You will need to purchase the SA add-on which is $49 I believe.

Negative, SA is not sold spearately anymore. You have to buy or lease PowerPack.

But why would Spam Assassin 3.0.6-1.fc4
and psa-spamassassin 8.4.0-fc4.build84080425.21
be listed in my Components, if my license did not support Spam Assassin?

As far as I know Spam Assassin is active but you can not change the settings on user/mailbox level without the add-on license.
