Is the domain "motards.be" hosted on your server? Then a malware is likely sending spam from it. If this is not the case, someone else is sending spam using your name as a sender address. You should make sure that motards.be has SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup in your nameserver, so that recipients can tell that the mails are not sent by your server.
