spamassasin training error

Hello,

Can someone please help me to fix this error when I try to training my spamassasin?

Warning: DOMDocument::loadXML() [domdocument.loadxml]: Start tag expected, '<' not found in Entity, line: 1 in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\class.SpamAssassinTrain.php on line 72

My plesk version is 9.2.1
MailEnable Enterprise 5.1
Plesk SpamAssassin 3.2.3

How can I know if my spamassasin is working? since I installed MailEnable 5.1 the spams are not being identified.

Hi Ricardo,

I had this exact issue only today - I found out it was because of either the mailbox is disabled or the mailbox is enabled but there is no mail in the mailbox....
