Im looking at the spamassassin interface on plesk and there are the options to mark spam messages by rewriting the subject or just deleting them. Rewriting the subject line edits the user_prefs file, but that file isnt edited by plesk when selecting to delete spam instead. What file does plesk edit? I cant figure this out at all.
 
taking a look at the spamassassin documentation and look for the way it works could help you out pinpoint which file it is writing too...
