Resolved SQL error when re-reading IP list

decanet

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

On one of my servers, I've a SQL error when I try to reread IP list / regenerate web config.
Servers details :
Product version: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31.3
OS version: CentOS 6.10 x86_64
Build date: 2020/12/09 09:00
Revision: 13065ca86af53066a43b22b4c563e199e93ed137

The error :

# plesk bin ipmanage --reread
DB query failed: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'ip_address' cannot be null, query was: INSERT INTO `IP_Addresses` (`serviceNodeId`, `ip_address`, `mask`, `iface`, `ssl_certificate_id`, `default_domain_id`, `main`, `status`) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)

exit status 1

I don't understand why the command try to add null IP.
I've tried plesk repair installation / db, but I still have the error.

"plesk bin ipmanage --ip_list" is working without error and list all IP addresses.

Is this a known bug ?

Thank you for your help
Benjamin

Make sure that you have an IPv6 address with an incorrect prefix (/0) on the server. For example:

# plesk sbin ifmng -l

2001:db8:f61:a1ff::2 0 eth0 0

In this case, remove IPv6 addresses with improper prefixes.
Contact network administrator, or hosting provider for assistance.
