Resolved SQL Service kinda broken after Update

Hello!

I have Plesk Obsidian 18041 and VPS Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit.

I sadly updated the MariaDB to 10.6.7 because my Nexcloud installation "demanded" it and now the Service cant start like usual.

The Message is:
Do you already have another server running on port: 3306 ?

If i enter things like netstat -a -n -o | find "3306" theres nothing using the port.

Im quite clueless and hope for a goot hint.

Please check /var/log/messages for detailed messages from the MariaDB startup phase. Normally they should be seen by
# grep mariadb /var/log/messages
There you should see the exact reason why it won't start.

It says with grep mariadb /var/log/messages that the file or path not found.

I get Something when i use systemctl status mariadb.service

My problem is, when i look any process using this port tere is nothing - and i rebooted the whole device multible times.

In the mysql configuration file: what is the bind-address configuration entry saying?

Examples:

if you want to enable access for all IP addresses.

if you want to limit access to localhost only and you are using IPv4.

etc.

On Debian and Ubuntu the mysql configuration could be in /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf, on RHEL or CentOS it could be in /etc/my.cnf.
