Issue SRS not working

The SRS is not working al mail that's being forwarded will not be send it wil stay deferred.

The error in the maillog is:

To turn off SRS go to /etc/postfix/master.cf find line:

plesk_virtual unix - n n - - pipe flags=DORhu user=popuser:popuser argv=/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/postfix-local -f ${sender} -d ${recipient} -p /var/qmail/mailnames
and add -s key to the end:

Has this problem ever been resolved? I'm running into the same and doing the -s thing doesn't make a difference.

Users sometimes forget to restart the service after a configuration change. Did you restart SMTP service (e.g. postfix)?
 
Luckily I restarted it, but unfortunately it didn't help.
Looking at the output of

postqueue -p
I suspect it has to do with the transip.nl mailservice, because it appears the header are rewritten by the srs

If only it were that simple. The KB article refers to a situation in which mail from the (sub)domain isn't send, but my trouble only has to do with mail forwarding.
