I recently purchased a Plesk 7.0.2 Control Panel, but it says the SSI Included and Dr. Web are not installed. I have already tried to modify the installastion, but no luck there. Can someone please tell me how to get these two things installed? Thanks a lot!

SSI (Server Side Includes) component is a part of IIS. If your OS is Windows 2003, please use following steps on your server:
Click on Start button -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components
Select 'Application Server', click on Details button, select 'Internet Information Services (IIS)', click Details, select 'World Wide Web Service', click 'Details', mark checkbutton 'Server Side Includes' and press Ok button. Press Ok button on all opened dialogs.
SSI willl be installed on your server.

Sometimes it is not correctly installed by some reasons. It is marked as installed but not actually was installed. In this case please uninstall SSI and install it again. Usually it fixes issue.

DrWeb. We are working close with DrWeb vendors. We hope that at the end of month we'll get some positive result.

Best regards.

May be SSI is prohibited in your IIS?

Try to check at IIS, Web Servive Extentions... If SSI is installed (Add or Remove Programs, Windows Components, Application Server, IIS,WWW) these are here.:)
