SSL is not working for Domain

We have a account Plesk 7.6. I have created several domains through Plesk and all are using same IP address. Also i have purchased a shared SSL certificate on that IP address and shared on that IP address. But when i try to open one of domain page in secure (HTTPS) mode it is giving me 404 error.

https://<Domain Name>/test.aspx

but it is working fine when i used following address:

https://<IP>/<Domain Name_com>/test.aspx

What is problem ???
If anybody know then let me know .
