SSL URL Stopped Working

Suddenly a domain with a certicate has stopped working. All URLs of the form https://www.domain return 500 error.

Have tried restarting Apache & rebooting the server - no good. Have tried reverting to old certificate on Plesk, and rebooting Apache. No good.

Any ideas?

Did you ever figure out how to fix this?

The problem got solved - it had nothing to do with Plesk. My hosting provider had messed up IP routing somehow. (Apologies for not updating the post).
