SSL Wrapper Service Not Started Please Help Me

I keep getting errors saying...

i have tryed

Upgrade stunnel using the following scenario:

Download the latest version of stunell from http://www.stunnel.org/download/binaries.html
Create new folder stunnel in %plesk_dir%
Run stunnel installer and locate installation folder to %plesk_dir%\stunnel
Change SSL Wrapper service image path to new location by adjusting the service in registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stunnel\ImagePath
Set it to real path for stunnel.exe in folder %plesk_dir%\stunnel
Replace %plesk_bin%\stunnel\stunnel.conf with file stunnel.conf from %plesk_bin%.
Start the service

I cant find SSL Wrapper in service as u can see in the screenshot

please help
