SSLCACertificateFile: file '/usr/......' does not exist or is empty

Mike Mike

New Pleskian
I get the folowing error from the server every time a make some changes. And the new config file is NOT generated because of this error.

Syntax error on line 56 of /var/www/vhosts/......./conf/13601482260.99044800_httpd.include:
SSLCACertificateFile: file '/usr/local/psa/var/certificates/cert-9NJbie' does not exist or is empty

I have 2 active ssl certificates on the server.

How can i solve this problem?

Looks like that record in database and file name on filesystem doesn't match. If httpdmng --reconfigure-all will not help, try to re-upload your SSL certificate and re-assign it for IP address.

I get this message all the time when I reconfigure 2 of 20 domains on my server.
I tried this http://kb.parallels.com/en/114438 and it doesn;t fix the issue but my apache runs fine, just reconfig for domain doesn't happen.
When I follow steps form the link and create this missing cert file, it works well for a while until I have to upload another SSL cert, then all happens again.

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <maindomain.net> because of the following errors:
Syntax error on line 40 of /var/www/vhosts/clientdomain.net/conf/13915337680.59043200_httpd_ip_default.include:
SSLCACertificateFile: file '/usr/local/psa/var/certificates/cert-UBCU4h' does not exist or is empty
Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

Any ideas?
