This is causing a delay in receiving the emails. Do you know how I can disable it just for 1 account.

Actually, gray listing already off for the domain under the mail settings, it still cause a delay to deliver the emails only for those that are coming from the form mail.

Any solution on it !!

Seems like "Switch on server-wide greylisting spam protection" was on that was causing the issue, but the question remains the same. Is it possible to turnon the "Switch on server-wide greylisting spam protection" and disable it for a particular domain or email account ?
