Starting Plesk failed

Hello!

I have tryied to access my server via https://mydomain.com:8443
And get the error:

109 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE)

Via SSH:

# /etc/init.d/psa restart
PSA is down, performing full restart.
Starting xinetd service... done
Starting named service... done
Starting mysql service... done
Starting postgresql service... failed
Starting psa-spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
Syntax OK
Starting mail handlers tmpfs storage
Starting Plesk... failed

The KB http://kb.odin.com/en/8338 says about some error with CentOS, RHEL and Fedora.
But I am using openSUSE 11.1 and got the same error in the log file.

What can I do now?
