Statistics.exe - Webstat don´t update

Plesk version:
psa v8.1.1_build20070326.13 os_Windows 5.2.3790.0

Operating system:
Microsoft Windows Microsoft Windows 5.2;build-3790;sp2.0;suite272;product3

Have a problem with the statistics.exe, the processe runs in task manager, with about 10-20% CPU.
But the http://domain/plesk-stat/webstat/index.html don´t get updated. The problem started some days ago, 2-3 days after the server had a full disk issue.

Have tried to restart the server, start and stop the statistics.exe file, but the problem still occour. This happends to all our domains.

If i go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PLESK\PSA Config\Config\Statistics\DomainIds\xxx the LastHttpStatisticsRun was updates last the 2011/09/14

Some sites have this problem:
Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

Have checked their webstat folder, and the index.html file is missing.

Any solution to this problem?

Have tried that article.

This is what the domain ID has:
LastHttpStatisticsRun: 2011/09/18 xx:xx:xx
OfflineLockStatus: 0x00000000 (0)

Some clients had:
LastHttpStatisticsRun: 2011/09/18 xx:xx:xx
OfflineLockStatus: 0x00001f04 (7940)

Why does the index.html file gets deleted in the statistics\webstat folder?
The folder files hasn´t been updated since 11-12.09.2011.

Question about update, does the server need to be restarted to update to "Plesk 8.1.1 update 070409.12".
This is the only update that is in Available Updates.
