Strange Folder

Greetings,

I have FTPed into my new account for the first time, and I've noticed an empty folder:

/httpdocs/picture_library/

Does this have something to do with Web Presence Builder (WPB)? Because I actually don't have WPB. Is it safe to delete the folder?

Yes, it looks like something from Picture Gallery of WBP.
