Strange kernel error need an advice

CahitE

Basic Pleskian
My plesk report me an error as gven below and my server was down for 3 times today
when my server comes to free 3gb ram it crashes on this error.
i could not find any log for this error on the system it crashes directly without a footprint.
i request a complete server change from my Data center , our idea this is probably encounters by memory but if it is not it will be a huge problem.
My server has some rescue images and i am installing cent os 5.4 with kernel 2.30 all datacenter is using the same image.
does plesk works with this version of kernel perfect ?
how could i update kernel ?
i need an advice for solution :(
