Stuck with default Plesk default page

Hi All,

New to plesk.

I have created a domain in my VPS server.

When ever I try to access it is giving "Default Plesk Page".

I can´t even acess it via FTP, 530 not authorized to view.

It´s like the domain doensn´t exists on the server.

If I go to the preview Site, it shows the site.

Even checked restarting the system no good.

I also checked for any DNS issues. As I'm getting all the DNS information correctly so unable to decide the exact issue. Here is the site name if anyone want to check it unasoft.co.uk

Please let me know how can i fix this issue.
I even tried to configure another site same issue.

Hi,

I have checked it,
first of all, domain should resolve to its' IP :

$ nslookup unasoft.co.uk

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: unasoft.co.uk
Address: 72.167.40.99

got it,
then in browser i successfully get unasoft.co.uk content

btw,
this IP should belong to Plesk unasoft.co.uk domain

Thanks for your reply. However, I'm able to resolve the issue on 10th Oct that is the reason you're able to view it. However, I have posted this issue in multiple threads. Because as I'm new I don't know exactly where to post. For the issue resolution please check this thread
