sub domain forward to other ports

    hi,
    I'm looking for a option to forward an sub domain to a ip+port

    i have mulipl sites on other ports than the defealt port 80
    so i want to have sub1 to 8080 and sub2 to 8081 and so on

    i have been looking on google for 2 days now, maby im looking for the wrong things but i cant find it

    hope you can help me

    You would need to modify the apache configuration for each subdomain manually. And I suspect your changes would get overwritten every time you change any settings on the domain or even possibly another domain.

    Does anyone else have any better ideas?
