Subdomain Problem

When any one of our clients make a subdomain at anydomain it takes a fully 24/32 hours for it to compete when it is completed you then have to wait another 24hours for the index page to change we are running plesk 7.5.2 reloaded which came with 1and1 is there any fix for this problem??

Are you running DNS on the same box?
Maybe try adding a wildcard to your dns templates?

no its not a dns issule, we tryed that but it still happens but appenty from my friend
it's caused because plesk fails to reload the apache configs from a userlevel modification of the settings
