subdomain problem

hi, i would like to add a new subdomain to my domain.
i've plesk 8.3, i'm gone to domain menu and i've added a new subdomain called mobile
mobile.domain.com
After, i've add a new record in dns settings: Record type:A domain name:mobile
ip address:<ip> and i've uploaded an index.html and an index.php in mobile dir(php is enabled).
When i try to access with web browser at http://mobile.domain.com the browser says:"address not found" what have i done wrong?

I've also tried to add a new dns record like cname but it doesn't work...

Probably the DNS records are not propagated yet. You should wait for some time. The process can take up to 24 hours.
