Issue Subdomain show wrong DNS entrys but is reachable

Hi

I have now configured my server nearly perfectly. Mails are sent to all providers without ending up in spam. GMX and Co. in particular are always very bitchy. I have set up Plesk as a primary DNS server. This means that wildcard and DANE work without any problems. I have now also set up MTA-STS. This also works and is classified as valid. However, there is a problem with the DNS entries of the subdomain. The subdomain is accessible and has an SSL certificate. The MTA-STS path is addressed correctly. However, the NS entries of the subdomain are not correct. These are e.g. ns1.sub.domain.tld This is of course not resolved. If I correct the entries, however, they are marked as incorrect and “corrected” by Plesk. I wouldn't really care, but I now have constant error messages in the log:

Code:
/opt/psa/admin/bin/checkdns 'mta-sts.boldorboard.com' 'ns2.mta-sts.boldorboard.com.' '62.138.14.246' failed with message: *** Error : Unable to resolve the nameserver 'ns2.mta-sts.boldorboard.com.'. Please set correct nameserver

Plesk always restores this entry. This is actually not a problem, as it does not seem to be relevant as the domains and subdomains work. A DNS lookup is resolved to the IP for the subdomain. However, a DNS check shows no results.
My registrar has correct GLUE records and all domains are resolved correctly, except the subdomains which are still reachable.
Is this possibly an error or perhaps a bug in Plesk? What can I do?

Many thanks for your help

As I've mention in the report you've created, this is normal because of the default dns template. Plus you would never edit the DNS settings directly at the subdomain level but at the main domain level so editing the DNS settings at the sub domain level can be ignored.

I already thought I could ignore it, but how can I avoid errors in my logs about this?

You can simply ignore the error or if it's really annoying you (which I don't know why you would care tbh since it isn't affecting anything) then simply edit the name server for the sub domain to be the normal name servers (ns1/2.boldorboard.com) in the subdomain > dns settings
