Resolved Subscriction suspended due to disk overuse. Any help?

As of this morning, my subcription was suspended due to disk space overuse. This happened after I tried to create a back up file. I can't do anything... Can anyone help, please???

Did you try to reach out to the administrator of your server for help?

Thank you very much for your answear!
I did and they unlocked my accound for a couple of hours just to find and erase the file.
As I'm new in all this, I tried to migrate my site to local and wp migrate created a file of 8gb in my files... I deleted it and everything went back to normal!
