sudden dns problem: www.domain.com works, domain.com refuses connection

Hello, I am having a sudden problem with one of the domains in my Plesk server. I hadn't made any DNS changes, and suddenly, domain.com was refusing connection while www.domain.com worked just fine. Restarting the dns server, apache, and the entire server did not help. Here's the DNS records associated with the domain. Any ideas for me?
