suexec for Fedora 3

I'm having problems with CGI as well.
I did everything I found, I have the right permissions, etc. and I also did this:
cp -f /usr/sbin/psa-suexec /usr/sbin/suexec

But no use! I found that others might succed in this, but not with Fedora. So please if you have FC3 and CGI working send me your suexec binary.
