SuPHP problem in sitebuilder

Whenever i enabled in sitebuider.conf to use suphp for compiling pages.
It give a problem that its only display the first page and if i clicked on any links, it again open the first index page.

My Code for sitebuilder.conf

I've compile suphp with owner option instead of paranoid.
