Support URL Rewrite 2.0

Does P.11 have support for IIS URL Rewrite 2.0? Is there not a way to use mod-rewrite at all?

You can install IIS URL rewrite 2.0 from iis.net website and use it on your websites by adding rewrite rules in web.config files directly.
Plesk 11.1 already ships IIS URL rewrite module bundled. So you just need to add it from the list of components. After that you can use it in the same way as if you have installed it manually.

How do i update to 11.1? i dont see any updates available.

Plesk 11.1 is in preview stage right now. You should not use it in production environment.
