Question Sync fail

Hi
I attempt to (re)sync an account to a standard plan. I got a message that these properties are on and the plan has them off.

• Can allow access onlye to a chrooted environemnt
• DNS zone management
• Remote access for database users
• Type of domain DNS zone

Were do select these properties and turn them off?
I search each one of them and was not able to locate documentation on these.
