Anyone here use Sysbk to do backups? I was trying it out last night and it kept stopping at the MySQL backup. It said it could not stop MySQL. I tried to stop MySQL and run the backup again, but it stopped at MySQL again and still said that it could not stop the MySQL service.

Any ideas?

Also - how secure is Sysbk? I mean - you have to store your root mysql password in the config file...

I don't even have a root password... My root user is disabled and I have to use another account to admin mysql. Any ideas on how i'd do the mysql backup with sysbk without having to create a root user?
