Tape Device in SuSe 9.1

I am moving FreeBSD to SuSE 9.1. All went well. Now I'm ready to restore the psadump from FreeBSD to SuSE, but I don't recognize any of the Tape Functions. YAST shows the Device in the Hardware list (Seagate DDS-3). But all the tape commands I know don't seem to see the device.
mt status
mount
psarestore -f /dev/tap0 -m ip_map_file -s shells_map_file
I'm assuming that tap0 is the SuSE device label.
Any help will be appreciated...

I got some help from the SuSE Forum so I can now access the Tape. BUT, the psarestore fails: "input file is not a valid MIME file, can not find MIME header....

And on another test maching a psadump fails immediately after dumping var\qmail\mailnames... on "Cannot Save Dump - Invalid Argument"

/usr/local/psa/bin/psadump -f /dev/st0
