Task Scheduler

For some strange reason my Task Scheduler just stopped working....I try to start the service in plesk contol panel...It looks as if it starts but when you go back to verify its stopped....also if you actually log into plesk using the web and going into Services Management and try to start it from there it still does not start...

Does anyone else have this kind of issue??
