Thank you for sharing. I never knew there was an extension for Tawk.to to be honest. I give a it try and it seems to work well.

One feature request I have would be to have to chat also available to admin users. Not only to "customers". We also offer managed servers with Plesk. Our customers use an administrator account to login to their managed server. I would be useful if they could chat to us.

Version 1.0.3 was released today!
Widget can now also be enabled for Admin users, sorry @Kaspar for the wait.
