• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

The Qmail not delivering the messages

The Qmail is not working properly.

I'm getting thousands of emails from Mailer Daemon saying that the post can not be delivered because the mx or the IP address was not found or the account does not exist, but if such transmission using my Gmail account, the recipient receives no problems.

I am using the latest version of Bind, bind-9.3.6-4.P1.el5_4.2. My DNS server can resolve all the requests of remote servers, but qmail can not send messages.

If I ping the IP, I get the return correctly. If I telnet in mx.domain.com on port 25, the remote server answers me without problems.

The local and remote queue is too big and I do not know what to do. Many messages are not being delivered. The messages are more than 5 days stuck in remote queue.

What may be happening? Help me, please.
