Issue Thumbnail says access denied

Hi,
In Plesk, on the wordpress tab under installations the thumbnail doesn't show the home page of the website but instead it says access denied.
I can access the login and the website fine, so don't know whats stopping the thumbnail from being displayed correctly. I have plugin WP all in security setup on the website and also country blocker plugin. Not sure if its them that are stopping the thumbnail from being displayed

I guess the reason is "country blocker plugin". I guess you can simply disable it for checking.

Plesk (and WPT) uses our service shots.plesk.com. probably you've blocked it.
