Tomcat always blank site

When i call a tomcat application i see always a blank site.

I try with:
http://domain.tld:9080/appname/ (blank site)
http://domain.tld:8080/appname/ (404 error)

The example files work: http://domain.tld:8080/...

I've tried the NGASI AppServer Manager but i become a blank site too.

java process/tomcat service is running.

Someone has an idea?
