• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Tomcat and JNDI-DataSources

Hi,

how and where can I specify JNDI datasources for a certain application and a domain?

I tried setting this in server.xml but to no avail. I also tried setting the JNDI DS in GlobalNamingResources and in the PSA-context I added a DefaultContext pointing to the datasource specified.

I still get the error:

Cannot create JDBC driver of class '' for URL 'null'.

Exception: no suitable driver found

Can anyone provide an example for domain "abc.org" and application "buggy" and the complete server.xml-file?

Best regards
A. Schneider
